License Renewal
License Renewal requires 30 hours of continuing education credits (CE Credits) every 2 years. A minimum of 3 hours in each of the following categories is required:
* Real Estate Legal Issues
* Commissioner's Standards
* Contract Law
* Agency Law
* Fair Housing
* Disclosure
The remaining 6 hours are General or you can repeat a category with a different course number and use it as General.
